Law Of Attraction - Truth Is Freedom But It's Not Automatic

It's extremely common to look at our beliefs and insist that they're facts... unassailable truths.

This shows how little insight we usually have into our own mental processes. It's no disgrace. That's just the way we are. However, it's important to recognize that this behavior is one of the main reasons so many find it hard to change anything in their life.

You've heard the Biblical phrase, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

It's an absolute certainty that the truth CAN make you free. But just knowing a truth is not enough; you'll also have to accept it. And act on it.

How many people know that saving money, rather than spending it, will provide a secure retirement? Most people know that. But only a small minority actually ever do anything about it.

And the same is true in other areas.

We know that changing our beliefs will transform our lives. But actually doing it is hard work, so most people take a pass. Again, that's no disgrace. If you look at the price you have to pay, weigh it against the possible benefits, you may decide it just isn't worth the effort.

Having a life of joy, riches, success, love, acclaim and honor will require wading through some crappy, icky stuff to get there. And there are people who simply decide not to go ther5A7e.

If you look at things clearly, examine the pluses and minuses, and decide against expending all that effort, then you've reached a logical, well-considered decision.

Most people don't think, however.

They just see some discomfort, and they shy away without even knowing that they're robbing themselves.

Emotional and spiritual liberty is your birthright, but it won't be handed to you. You'll have to go pick it up for yourself.

That means you should know where you're going, and have a pretty clear notion of where you're starting from. In other words, you need at least a rudimentary map.
